Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled course start time to be eligible for a refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued minus a $10 administrative fee.

  • Instead of a refund, you may choose to transfer your registration to another available course date at no additional cost.

Cancellations made within 3 days of the course are non-refundable and non-transferable, as space, instructors, and materials have already been allocated.
